Cancellation Policy

At Millennium Accolades Promotions Pvt. Ltd., we understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and event plans may need to be adjusted. Our cancellation policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancelling your corporate event to ensure transparency and fairness for all parties involved.

Cancellation by the Client

1. Notice Period for Cancellations

No refunds will be provided for any cancellations except when otherwise expressly agreed.

2. How to Cancel

  • All cancellations must be submitted in writing to Millennium Accolades Promotions Pvt. Ltd. via email at info@millenniuevent.com or sent to our office at 25/7 Rustomjee Street, Kolkata – 700019.
  • The cancellation request must include the booking reference, event details, and reason for cancellation.

 Rescheduling Option

  • If clients wish to reschedule instead of canceling, requests must be submitted in writing. Rescheduling will be accommodated based on availability and may incur additional fees for changes to bookings or vendor arrangements.

Cancellation by Millennium Accolades Promotions Pvt. Ltd.

1. Unforeseen Circumstances

  • In the rare event that we must cancel your event due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., emergencies, staff illness, venue issues), clients will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule without additional charges.

2. Force Majeure

  • If the event cannot proceed due to force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics), we will work with the client to reschedule or provide refunds after deducting non-recoverable expenses.

Vendor-Specific Cancellations

If third-party vendors (e.g., caterers, decorators, venues) are involved, their cancellation policies may apply in addition to ours. Any non-refundable costs incurred due to these vendors will be communicated to the client at the time of cancellation.

Refunds for Cancellations

  • Refunds will be issued in accordance with our Refund Policy.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 30 business days.
