Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Cancellation by the Client

No refunds will be provided for any cancellations except when otherwise expressly agreed.

2. Cancellation by Millennium Accolades Promotions Pvt. Ltd.

• In the unlikely event that we must cancel an event due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will receive a full refund, including any deposits made.
• If rescheduling is possible, clients will have the option to transfer their payment to a new date without any additional fees.

3. Non-Refundable Deposits

• A deposit is required to secure your booking and is non-refundable. This amount will be specified in the agreement and is used to cover initial planning and administrative costs.

4. Force Majeure

• If the event is cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics), refunds will be issued on a case-by-case basis after deducting any non-recoverable expenses. Clients will also have the option to reschedule without penalty.

5. Changes to the Event

• Changes to the event date, time, or scope must be communicated in writing. Refunds for cancellations resulting from changes will follow the above policy.

6. Refund Process

• To request a refund, please contact us at info@millenniumevent.com with your booking details and reason for cancellation.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 30  business days. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed upon.
